Who We Are

Central Davis Dental is a full-service dental practice that caters to patients of all ages. We offer cosmetic dentistry, dental checkups, and more! We have served patients in the Layton area and surrounding cities for many years. We hope to continue to be a recognized name in the community for years to come.
Dr. Harmon grew up hating going to the dentist. He attended dental school to help solve the problem of children and adults dreading to be in the dental chair. He understands and works hard to alleviate dental anxiety and provide a calm experience for all who visit Central Davis Dental. We still want you to have long-lasting care, but Dr. Harmon will make your dental visit as fast and painless as possible.

Pediatric
Here at Central Davis Dental we believe that your entire family should be able to all see the same dentist. Gone are the days of running your little ones to a pediatric dentist, we love seeing kids of all ages in our office!
The American Dental Association recommends taking your child to the dentist before the age of one, contrary to the common belief that their first visit should be at the age of three. Early visits to the dentist help your child feel more comfortable with their dentist as they get older and helps avoid future fears.
Getting your child in early also helps encourage good oral hygiene habits and can help you as a parent be more efficient when helping your child take care of their teeth.
Teenagers
The teenage years bring a lot of development and growth mentally, emotionally, and physically. As much as they probably don’t like it, teenagers need just as much or even more attention when it comes to oral hygiene.
As the baby teeth fall out and the permanent grow in certain steps should be taken to insure the best oral health for your teenager and that they learn lasting habits to keep their teeth healthy. For most teens, this stage of life is when they’ll wear braces, have their wisdom teeth removed, and of course still continue with regular cleanings and exams to make sure their teeth are developing well.
Adults
Throughout our adult years we have new experiences and gain more responsibilities. It is also a very busy time for many of us. Juggling work, family, schooling, and a personal life can make life pretty crazy.
Keeping up with your oral health may seem difficult but good habits and the right care can keep your teeth happy and healthy. You’ll also be able to avoid long appointments at the dentist, expensive procedures, and possible pain and discomfort with good oral hygiene.
Most of us take healthy teeth for granted, especially when there are other things on our minds. According the to American Dental Association only 50% of people in the U.S. see a dentist at least once a year. We’re here to help no matter your situation and have treatment options for everyone.
Seniors
In the later years of life caring for your teeth needs to be a top priority. As you get older it may become more difficult to care for your teeth and they may require extra attention.
The chances of periodontal disease and decay become more prevalent so having good oral hygiene habits and routines is very important. Your teeth should last you a lifetime and we’re here to help make that a possibility. We have multiple treatment options available for any circumstance and are here to make sure you get the best and most affordable care.
With regular care and attention to your oral health you can help prevent expensive procedures and have confidence in your smile.
